It’s been just a few weeks but my son LOVES his weekly classes at Grays Anatomy! He looks forward to attending and wants to run in the minute we pull up to the parking lot. When finished I see home with a huge smile- awesome! Definitely have been recommending it to friends. Now... if only there was a parent-child class? I’d like to join in on the fun too! 😉

This is without a question the BEST thing we have done for our son! He can't wait to go to the gym and begs to do more classes (this is a kid who has never done well with team sports). The other athletes (who are all working at their own level) root for each other. This program brings back the root of sports to see oneself succeed, it takes away the stress of comparison and concern if the child is able to do it, or what others will think. The athlete works at their level while building a pride for oneself, and a feeling of accomplishment while working with other ATHLETES. BRAVO for bringing back the love of fitness to my son!

My son is a fencer and has been working with Zack and Nathan for a few years. What impressed me most is Zack and Nathan’s willingness and ability to study the sport and design effective routines specific for fencers. Every session is a little bit different depending on how his body feels and where does he fall short in competitions. The results have been great - injury prevention and consistent performance at national level. When you know your body and muscle is ready for the combat, you perform with confidence and at your best level. We could not be happier training with Zack and Nathan.

Our son’s time with Nathan has been incredible. Jack gets excited for every 1:1 workout, and it’s been beautiful to see his increased confidence and strength. Our son suffered from underdeveloped muscle tone since birth and training with Nathan has been such a wonderful experience to build his stamina, agility, strength and confidence. Jack loves sports and his training has helped him compete at a higher level. Nathan has a special way of connecting with people and great energy that somehow makes exercise fun! He’s the best.

I have been coming to the adult weight lifting group classes for three years now and it is one of my favorite parts of my week. All of the trainers are welcoming and talented. The groups are supportive and it truly feels like a community. I never thought the gym would be the highlight of my day but it is one of my favorite parts of my weekly routine. I started with once a week and now I am disappointed if I can’t make it three times. I highly recommend the group classes or private sessions with any of the trainers.
